Social Media, Custom Audiences, Data Appending and Campaign Management.

Data Profiling, Matching and Appending is available for clients using the ‘self-service’ data matching tool. USM Digital charges for this service on a  ‘per thousand’ cost of the data or on a Project Management Fee basis.

Campaigns will be made utilising the clients brand and proposition subject to approval by the USM Digital’s compliance team.

Web Presence – web site design, build and hosting.

Standard Quotations will be given following initial briefing on template solutions BUT USM Digital reserves the right to confirm quotation following agreed technical specification with the client. Deposits will be taken on order signing and balances (where applicable) will be paid on 30 days following web site ‘sign off.’

Data Provision

The supplied mailing list/telemarketing leads are rented out on a “single use” only basis. This does not include the right of sale and, if used more than once, is subject to a fee equal to the base rental x 10.

The data shall only be used in accordance with the use agreed at time of order.

Any other use of the supplied data is subject to prior written consent.

The client acknowledges the data is confidential, and will keep the data secure and safeguard against unauthorised use.

The client will not allow any third party to duplicate the data in anyway.

Limitation of liability.

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

The client will fully indemnify USM for any loss, claims, damage, costs and expenses however arising as a direct result of the sale or disclosure of information in a supplied mailing list/telemarketing lead.

USM’s maximum liability in respect of any loss shall not exceed a sum equal to the rental paid by the client.

These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with English law.

Refund Policy

USM Digital do not offer refunds BUT as their commitment to collaboration & authenticity will always consider solutions to satisfy clients.
